Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days if are in stock, rest orders where products are not in stock are processed up to 3-5 weeks. Please verify stock items with team by contact on beyond@luxahaus.com . Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier. Occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Signature may be required upon delivery for higher-value orders.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

luxahausbeyound.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Luxahaus Beyond is not liable for products that are damaged, lost, or stolen during shipping.

If your tracking information shows that the package was delivered, Luxahaus Beyond is not responsible for lost or missing shipments.

In such cases, the customer is responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

We are happy to assist by providing tracking details and shipment information needed to complete your claim.

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately and retain all packaging materials for the claims process.
