Limited Warranty and Return Policy (Applies to Online and In-Store Purchases)
Thank you for shopping with Luxahaus Beyond. By completing a purchase online or in-store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Return, Refund & Limited Warranty Policy.
Terms of Purchase. Each purchase is subject to any applicable terms and conditions issued by Luxahaus. If such terms or conditions conflict with the following policies, those terms and conditions control.
Order Inspection (Online Orders) Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery. We will review the issue and provide instructions for resolution. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Inspection (In-Store Purchases): Customers are encouraged to inspect merchandise before leaving the store. Once the item leaves the premises, it is considered accepted unless a defect is later discovered within the Limited Warranty period.
Limited Warranty. Luxahaus Beyond warrants that products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for thirty (30) days from the delivery date (online orders) or purchase date (in-store purchases), provided the item has been used as intended and all care instructions have been followed.
To submit a warranty claim, email us within the 30-day period and include:

If approved, Luxahaus Beyond may, at its sole discretion:

Replace the item

Offer store credit

EXCEPT FOR THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, LUXAHAUS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE LIMITED WARRANTY DESCRIBED ABOVE.
Return & Exchange Window. Returns or exchanges are accepted within thirty (30) days:

From the delivery date for shipped orders

From the purchase date for in-store purchases
Exchanges do not reset or extend the original 30-day return eligibility period.
All returns require prior authorization from Luxahaus Beyond.
Eligibility Requirements. To qualify for return or exchange, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in original condition
- Be returned in original packaging
- Include original receipt or proof of purchase
Return Shipping & Costs. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Luxahaus Beyond is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds, Discounts, and Exchanges. Upon receipt of an eligible return, we will confirm receipt and inspect each item included in the return. We will then notify you whether your return was accepted or declined. If accepted, we will also advise on the status of your refund. If accepted, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment, unless we offer and you accept an exchange or a credit and/or a discount on your next order with us. If one or more but not all items in your order are accepted for return, we will process a partial refund for each accepted item. For ineligible items, we may, in our sole discretion, offer you a partial refund based on the condition of the item and the specific circumstances related to that order. We endeavor to process refunds as soon as possible, but all refunds are subject to your card issuer’s policy.
Restocking Fee. All furniture is subject to a restocking fee equal to 25% of your original purchase price. Furniture includes, without limitation, tables, chairs, ottomans, couches, beds, mattresses, headboards, nightstands, desks, hutches, credenzas, cabinets, chests, bookcases, and all similar items. For return-eligible furniture, the restocking fee will be deducted from the refund or credit specified above. Contact Us. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective under the Limited Warranty:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or special-order items
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Gift cards
- Greeting cards
- Toys
- Books
- Hosiery, tights, or similar intimate apparel
- Jewelry
- Bedding, blankets, comforters, duvet covers, pillowcases, and related textile products
- Any discounted, promotional, clearance, or Final Sale merchandise
Exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
